We continually achieve strong performance results in our GP Out-Of-Hours service and regularly receive positive feedback from commissioners.

These results have come about due to the hard work and dedication of our colleagues, for which we are extremely proud. We take quality and governance seriously at PC24 and our governance team supports the whole organisation to manage risk, incidents and complaints in a systematic way.
