In October 2018 Steve Hawkins became Chair of PC24.
Steve has worked within the charity sector since 1982 and has been the Chief Executive of Local Solutions since 2006. He has served as a non-executive director in the NHS and in 2016.
Dr Paula Grey
Paula was appointed Non-Executive Director in 2014 and has a background in Medicine and Public Health.
Kathryn Foreman joined PC24 in March 2016. Kathryn trained as a solicitor and has worked in local authority and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Services.
Paul joined PC24 as a non-executive in 2018. He has experience of the voluntary sector as well as Social Services. Paul is an elected member of Sefton Council.
Dr Mary Ryan
Mary joined PC24 in January 2017 As Medical Director. She has been CEO since July 2018. Mary continues to work as an A&E consultant one day per week at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

Jay joined PC24 in 2004 and has extensive experience of managing service delivery.
Dr Sandra Oelbaum
Sandra joined PC24 in 2018. She has been a GP in Merseyside for many years, previously working with Health Action in Liverpool
Director of Finance
Heledd has come to PC24 from the NHS in Wales, having worked at SHA and CCG levels previously.
Director of Nursing
Paul joined PC24 in October 2018. With extensive experience in Northern Ireland, Dublin and the Merseyside area, Paul brings wealth of experience and knowledge to nursing PC24.

Susan is the Director of Human Resources and Organisation Development, with extensive experience within both public and private organisations.
Associate Director of Nursing
A nurse by background, Carol joined PC24 in 2015, having worked extensively in primary care and governance in Liverpool.
Deputy Director of Urgent Care
Stacey leads on the delivery of urgent care services including out of hours, primary care streaming and extended access.
Deputy Director of Primary Care
Charlie leads on the delivery of Primary Care services including seven GP practices in Sefton and the Asylum Practice based in central Liverpool.
